I set up this blog quite awhile ago, but never got around to posting on it. So I guess, tonight is as good a time as any to start. :)
Today while shopping at Factory Card Outlet, Averi became quite upset when I put her back in her stroller after allowing her to walk around for awhile. She was crying and fussing quite loudly so I took her to the back of the store away from the other shoppers. I got down on her level and asked her to please use her words to tell me what she wanted. All I got was more crying and fussing. I kept asking her to calm down and use her words. After a few minutes and while she was still having her noisy tantrum, she signed "book" and "please". It was all I could do to keep from laughing that she thought to use a polite word while she was acting in such a non-socially graceful manner.

It is not a bit surprising that a book was at the source of her frustration. She seems to love them so much. Did you ever figure out which book she wanted?
