Trip to Grandma and Granddad's House

Averi and I were in Pennsylvania from October 3-17th because my dad was very sick and in the hospital.  Thanks to everyone who prayed for our family during this time!  Dad has made great progress.  The pneumonia and the UTI have cleared completely.  They are giving him time to regain his strength and will do surgery on December 12th to remove his gall bladder.  He actually went back to work part-time this week after being off work for a month!

I forgot to take my camera on this trip, but thankfully we still got some cute shots of Averi with my mom's camera during the two weeks!

Averi enjoyed climbing up in Granddad's antique high chair to read.

If Grandma was doing something, Averi wanted to do it from mopping the floor . . .

to washing dishes!

Averi couldn't believe that Grandma and Granddad had a school bus sitting on their street every day!

Averi was so into buses, that Grandma bought her this Little People school bus much to Averi's delight!

We are not sure why, but one day, Averi started putting stickers on the back of her head.

The weather was so beautiful that we had picnic lunch!

Then I got to do bubbles with Grandma
and Mommy!

So glad your dad is doing better. Looks like Averi loved her visit!
